Privacy policy

This store is operated by Virlux Innovations International Corp., Taguig, Metro Manila, the appointed Tony Perotti distributor for the Philippines. We handle your personal information under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and the rules of the National Privacy Commission.

What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, delivery address, mobile number, email address and the details of what you bought. When you browse, our store platform, Shopify, records standard technical data such as your IP address, device type, browser, cookie identifiers and the pages you visit. We also record activity such as product views, searches, cart and checkout activity, and purchases.

Why we use it

  • To deliver your order and to contact you about it, including confirming cash-on-delivery orders.
  • To process payment. Card and wallet payments are handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout, such as PayPal. We never see or store your card number.
  • To handle returns and refunds.
  • To measure and improve our advertising and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram.
  • To send you news about Tony Perotti only if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information with the companies needed to serve you: Shopify, which hosts this store, the courier that delivers your parcel, and the payment provider you pay through. We also share information with Meta Platforms for advertising, as described below. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Facebook and Instagram advertising

We use the Meta Pixel, Conversions API and advanced matching to understand which ads lead to store visits and purchases, measure advertising results and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Information shared with Meta may include pages and products viewed, searches, cart and checkout activity, purchases and order values, IP address, device and cookie identifiers, and contact details you provide, such as your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address. Meta may match this information with Facebook or Instagram accounts and use it for advertising and measurement under its Privacy Policy. We do not send your full payment card number to Meta through these tools.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as the law requires, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its use, by calling or messaging 0917 815 1111 or emailing marketing@virluxinnovations.com. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.

Cookies

Cookies keep your cart working, help us understand how the store is used and support advertising measurement and personalisation. You can block cookies in your browser, but some store functions may then not work. Blocking browser cookies does not necessarily stop information shared directly between Shopify and Meta through the Conversions API. You can manage how Meta uses information about your activity through your Meta account settings, or contact us using the details above with questions or requests about our use of your information.
